Applicant organisations should read the Guide to Application (November 2024 version) for Publicity and Education Projects before completing the Application Form. Applicant organisations may:
a. apply online by submitting a completed electronic Application Form at the GovHK website: https://eform.cefs.gov.hk/form/epd005/en/; or
b. apply by submitting a duly completed paper-based Application Form (November 2024 version) by hand or by post to the Publicity and Education Projects Vetting Subcommittee Secretariat (the Secretariat) at 5/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; orc. apply by submitting softcopy of a completed Application Form via email to ecf@eeb.gov.hk
before 6:00 p.m. on 27 December 2024 (Friday) (please state “Publicity and Education Projects” on the envelope or as the email title).
For applications submitted by post, the postmark should be dated on or before 27 December 2024 and please ensure payment of sufficient postage as the Secretariat will not accept underpaid mails or bear the surcharge so arisen. In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / Extreme Weather Condition announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm on 27 December 2024, the application closing time will be extended to 6:00 pm on the next working day.
Late or incomplete applications or applications not submitted in accordance with the instructions and requirements as stated in the Guide to Application and Application Form will not be processed.
The first briefing session covering an introduction to the Publicity and Education Projects was conducted on 8 November 2024 (Friday). Please visit here for presentation materials of the briefing session. The second briefing will be held on 29 November 2024 (Friday) at 3:00-4:30 p.m.. Confirmation email will be sent to the successfully enrolled parties by 28 November 2024 (Thursday). The briefing materials will be uploaded onto the ECF website upon completion of the briefing sessions.
