Application Invitation for Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management System (Smart ECF) Briefing Session for Account Registration”

The Secretariat of the Environment and Conservation Fund Committee (the Secretariat) will launch a one-stop Environment and Conservation Fund Application and Management system, named Smart ECF. Smart ECF is managed by the Secretariat, which allows eligible users to obtain latest news of the Environmental and Conservation Fund (ECF) promptly and to manage applications and projects related to the ECF in a more convenient and simple way. In the first phase (starting from 22 March 2024), account registration will be open to local non-profit making organisations (e.g. community bodies, green groups, schools and tertiary institutions, etc.) who are interested in applying the ECF. The Secretariat now invites interested persons-in-charge (i.e. the Head or Deputy Head of the organisation) or their representatives to join the captioned Briefing Session to introduce Smart ECF and provide relevant information on account registration.

The Briefing Session will be conducted through online channel as detailed below:

Format : ZOOM online briefing (Q&A session included)

Target Participants: Local non-profit making organisations
