2024/25 First Round Application Invitation for “Environmental Education and Community Action Projects”
The Environment and Conservation Fund (ECF) Committee is calling for applications for “Environmental Education and Community Action Projects” from 5 April 2024 (Friday) to 13 May 2024 (Monday).
Environmental Education and Community Action Projects
Applicant organisations should read the Guide to Application (April 2024 version) for Environmental Education and Community Action Projects before completing the Application Form. Applicant organisations may:
a. apply online by submitting a completed electronic Application Form at the GovHK website:https://eform.cefs.gov.hk/form/epd005; or
b. apply by submitting a duly completed paper-based Application Form (April 2024 version) by hand or by post to the Environmental Education and Community Action Projects Vetting Sub-committee Secretariat (the Secretariat) at 5/F, Southorn Centre, 130 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong; or
c. apply by submitting softcopy of a completed Application Form via email to ecf@eeb.gov.hk
before 6:00 p.m. on 13 May 2024 (Monday) (please state “Environmental Education and Community Action Projects” on the envelope or as the email title).
For applications submitted by post, the postmark should be dated on or before 13 May 2024 and please ensure payment of sufficient postage as the Secretariat will not accept underpaid mails or bear the surcharge so arisen. In case Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted, or Black Rainstorm Warning Signal / Extreme Weather Condition announced by the Government is/are in force for any duration between 12:00 noon and 6:00 pm on 13 May 2024, the application closing time will be extended to 6:00 pm on the next working day.
Late or incomplete applications or applications not submitted in accordance with the instructions and requirements as stated in the Guide to Application and Application Form will not be processed.
